A brand new home for Assurity’s Christchurch team

Our Christchurch team is getting comfortable in their new office in 53 Victoria Street after two-and-a-half years in a temporary home.

Their first working day in the Christchurch Central space was on Tuesday 28 October after a long weekend of getting ship-shape. The office is on Level 2 of a brand new Thom Craig-designed building – base-isolated and steel-framed to withstand earthquakes.

“Our Christchurch team has waited patiently for this new space so there’s a real buzz in the air, despite the hard work of moving in and getting ourselves up and running” says Damian Brown, South Island General Manager. “There’s also a feeling that it marks the start of even greater things to come. We’re all very excited”.

The office also includes the Laphroaig training room – the new base for all Assurity Education’s Christchurch courses. Damian and the team look forward to greeting you at their new home in future.
