Experienced Agilists in New Zealand have an exciting opportunity to learn from the best coaches and practitioners in the business this December.

Assurity has secured Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd to deliver their workshop – ‘The Agile Facilitator: Catalysing Collaboration, Delivering Results’ – in Auckland (16-17 December) and Christchurch (18-19 December).

Experienced agile and professional coaches, Lyssa and Michael founded and run The Agile Coaching Institute. Lyssa’s book, Coaching Agile Teams, set a new standard for the practice of Agile Coaching and is ranked among the top 10 Agile books of all time. Michael Spayd’s Agile Enterprise model shifts agile to the organisational world of culture, change and leadership.

The workshop will focus on professional facilitation skills and techniques as applied within the Agile context.
