Lean-Agile Leadership Workshop

explore-assurity 25 November 2011

Location: Civic Suite, Wellington Town Hall, Wellington

Date: 28/29 February 2012

Assurity and Rally will be welcoming the renowned thought leader Dean Leffingwell who will be conducting a rare public workshop in Wellington.

Dean is one of the key industry thought leaders focused on applying Agile and Lean principles and the concepts of continuous development flow to the software team, programme and enterprise levels. He quickly puts the myth that "Agile is only for small projects" to bed, his framework providing a mechanism for scaling Scrum or Kanban above and beyond small project teams.

This is a great opportunity for NZ managers and executives to learn cutting edge, pragmatic and successful techniques which will allow them to truly scale their Agile/Lean development process and maximise ROI.
