explore-assurity 12 August 2016

Luke Johnstone, Assurity’s National Service Owner – Lean Business Analysis, will be presenting ‘An introduction to Impact Mapping’, an interactive workshop for IIBA Auckland on 17 August.

Attendees will learn about Impact Mapping, a simple and powerful visualisation technique that engages senior business and technical experts at the start of projects to create a shared understanding of scope for a business perspective.

They’ll learn how to build an Impact Map and its key elements, why it’s an effective planning and collaboration tool, when is best to use Impact Mapping, who should be involved in a workshop and how it’s been used in the real world.

Find out more and register. Please note that IIBA members are given preference.
