We’re on the lookout for a People Experience Manager to join our national community of people practitioners. This role uniquely brings together the opportunities to:
- as a member of the Branch Leadership Team, bring the people lens across all operational decisions and plans for your branch
- as a member of the national People and Culture team, to develop and drive the advancement of our people practices in specific areas of the employee experience. Helping us progress our people vision of Brilliant People: Connected, Enabled and Unleashed.
- as a People Lead (performance coach) for senior consulting staff and through your team of People Leads, enhance the employee experience for your branch through personal connection, branch initiatives, coaching and connecting to L&D work opportunities.
The right fit
You’ll have senior HR experience either in a business partnering or HR management context and an abundance of energy for people. If you have worked in professional services or consulting environments you’ll quickly thrive in the role, understanding and balancing the needs of our people and using sound commercial judgement.
