Could you be who we’re looking for?
As the Service Development Manager you’ll have a key position on the Branch Leadership Team (BLT) reporting to the General Manager. You’ll work side by side with the other BLT members, ‘Service Leads’ and our Clients.
In this position you’ll be setting the service strategy, vision and purpose, ensuring our amazing consultants have the capability and capacity to deliver for our clients.You’’ also run a successful consulting practice across the Agile, BA, User Insights and Test services within Assurity.
With your knowledge and experience you know what's coming in the future - using your crystal ball means you’ll be able to preempt the solutions, capability and skills needed in this ever changing world to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and provide market leading consultancy and delivery services and ultimately help our clients to achieve amazing outcomes.
There is a strong emphasis around change and transformation, agility and adaptability in this position and you’ll be comfortable acting on this quickly and nimbly - we’re disrupting the status quo.
Business Development and Sales capability aren’t the primary requirements for this position, but what you will be doing is solutioning and pre sales. You’ll be able to see a need and figure out how to approach it.
What you’ll bring with you
You’ll have a good breadth and depth of experience, being an expert and credible practitioner in your chosen field with significant experience in new ways of working, or transformation and change management.
It’s essential you can lead high performing teams and know how to get the best out of people. You’ve set strategy, written statements of work and pitched for business, have excellent relationships with Executive Leaders and know how to work closely with them and influence for change.
With this you are comfortable talking about Organisation Change, Strategy, Organisation Enablement, and are comfortable with Design Thinking.
You know what’s happening in the market and can help establish our direction for the next 2 - 5 years and beyond.
