Julie Valencia, Chairperson, Customer Contact Network New Zealand (CCNNZ). National Customer Delivery Manager, Service for Tower Insurance

Julie's expertise is in people management and customer service. In previous roles at Philippine Airlines and Globe Telecom, Inc., Julie headed the department handling customer complaints and claims. She also has Sales and Marketing experience, having been an Area Head for Metro Manila Business Centres during her stint in Globe Telecom. Before moving to New Zealand, Julie spent her time consulting and training to share her knowledge and skills. Her specialties include People Management, Customer Service, Claims Handling and Negotiation, Training and Development.

Julie has been a CCNNZ committee member for six years and the CCNNZ Chair for a year, leading the committee members to develop strategies, organise and run different events, as well as helping manage the website.


Alex Koshy, Senior Director Programme Lead, Asia, Automation Anywhere

Alex’s career spans over 15+ years across South East Asia, India and Korea, specifically in the technology environment across banking and finance, public sector, telecommunications and BPO industries in various leadership capacities supporting organisations on their business transformation journeys. 

Alex is also passionate about understanding organisational strategies of brands focused on delivering exceptional customer experience and implementing best practices for maximum value realisation.


Gary Hewlett, Business Manager, Intelligent Process Automation, Assurity Consulting

Gary runs Assurity's Intelligent Automation practice, including having overall responsibility for our Centre of Excellence. He was previously APAC Channel Manager for NDL Software, a UK-based provider of RPA solutions.

He has led the development of Assurity's unique Process Automation Delivery Framework, an RPA implementation model that places the business case for automation at the front and centre of all engagements.
