Russ Ewart, Head of Digital Delivery, Assurity

Russell Ewart is an experienced Senior IT Delivery Lead specialising in delivering quality change on large-scale transformation programmes – experience that has spanned assignments across Europe and New Zealand in the banking, financial services, telecommunication and government arenas. As Head of Digital Delivery at Assurity, Russell is accountable for developing market offerings that enable our clients to accelerate delivery through innovation.

For the last four years, he has been part of the biggest IT programme in the Southern Hemisphere – Inland Revenue's successful business transformation journey. As Digital Portfolio Test Manager, Russell delivered cloud-based quality assurance to enable Inland Revenue to protect its border while delivering continuous change to its core systems.

Steve Griffin, Strategic Business Manager, Assurity

Steve is a Strategic Business Development Manager for Assurity working with senior executives in the public and private sectors to help them de-risk the delivery of business change and build enduring confidence in the outcome. He was, until recently, the Country Manager of Unisys (New Zealand) Ltd.

He has worked in senior executive roles in Hewlett Packard and EDS specialising in service delivery and sales, particularly with government clients. He also worked in London for a strategic management consultancy. He has an MBA, a BSc in Aeronautics and a post-grad diploma in Strategy. Steve is an associate lecturer at Victoria University, specialising in programme/project governance and dysfunctional behaviour.

Michele Caminos, Strategic Business Manager, Assurity

Michele is currently responsible for key C-suite relationship-building and account management for Assurity. She was recently at Gartner where she advised IT providers and end-user organisations at a global level. She worked with C-suite executives on their IT strategy and steps forward, as well as how to grow revenues profitably.
