Brendan Shea, Head of Business Optimisation, Assurity

Brendan recently joined Assurity from Vodafone New Zealand where, for the past nine years, he held senior roles including Head of Product Design and Delivery, Head of Billing and Head of Digital Care and Automation. Prior to Vodafone, he led a major transformation at Spark NZ.

At Vodafone, Brendan was responsible for establishing the award-winning Automation programme which was originally established to resolve a compliance and risk issue but evolved to deliver huge financial, customer experience and work efficiency results.

Brendan is passionate about helping teams and organisations navigate change and this has been the focus of his roles over the last 15 years.
