Heath is an award-winning automation program creator. He's received domestic and international accolades for the automation program at Vodafone New Zealand, which he's built from the ground up in the last three years. Sonja Alberto, Senior Agile Consultant (RPA and Business Analysis), Assurity Consulting

Sonja has more than 18 years' experience in Business and Systems Analysis and Solution Design. She is qualified in Information Technology and Business Analysis and specialises in process modelling, assisting organisations to identify business and system needs and determining solutions to business problems.

Sonja’s passion lies in helping organisations undergoing digital transformation and helping them apply 4IR (fourth industrial revolution) technology where it is relevant.

In the last two years, Sonja has primarily focused on implementing RPA solutions in organisations abroad by conducting feasibility assessments and determining ROI on potential processes and helping teams identify processes suited for RPA.
