Stanley Johannes is a senior quality engineering professional with extensive experience across testing, automation, Agile delivery, and team leadership. He has worked across consulting, insurance, travel, and technology environments, helping organisations improve testing capability and software quality.
He specialises in shift-left testing, test automation, and risk-based testing approaches, with a strong focus on embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Stanley has led testing teams, coached Scrum and Agile practices, and supported organisations in improving testing efficiency and delivery outcomes.
