New Zealand’s leading technology quality assurance and business analysis company Assurity Consulting has made the finals in three categories at the HRD Awards 2023. The categories are Employer of Choice, HR Director of the Year (Aron Chantelau), and HR Manager of the Year (Holly Gibson (former employee)).
The annual HRD Awards New Zealand is the leading independent awards program in the HR profession in New Zealand. The Awards are hosted by Key Media, publishers of Human Resources Director.
The Awards showcase the country’s most outstanding HR teams, leaders, and employers for their achievements, leadership, innovation, and best practices over the past 12 months.
“We are delighted that our HR leaders, Aron Chantelau and Holly Gibson (former employee), have been recognised for their outstanding people leadership based on the initiatives they’ve implemented in the past year. The company has also designed a unique framework for career progression, applied human-centred design to the development of flexible work and pay transparency frameworks, and invested in developing the capability to expand the depth of technology professionals.

Winners of the HRD Awards will be announced on 27 April 2023 during the National HR Summit NZ.
