Now in its 15th year as a digital services firm, the company provides a broad range of professional services to lead and deliver Design and Innovation, Digital Delivery, Employee Growth and Business Optimisation outcomes. This is achieved through the formation of unique solution teams from Assurity’s analysis, testing, DevOps, design thinking, intelligent process automation, agile, customer experience and education service lines.
“Our philosophy of continually seeking to improve how software and technology is delivered to help organisations thrive has seen Assurity expand its presence nationwide, employing more than 280 staff in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Today we partner with the country’s largest organisations and government agencies collaborating with them and guiding them on their digital transformation journeys, delivering proven capabilities to enable them to innovate, and implementing new ways of working and empowering their workforce,” adds Darren McTigue, Chief Commercial Officer and Chairman, Assurity.
“Assurity has achieved exceptional growth and development and delivered game-changing outcomes for our customers with whom it’s been a privilege to work with over the years. This success is due to the dedication and commitment of our employees who are focused on delighting our customers in every project we manage and deliver, as evidenced by our NPS (Net Promoter Score) and eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) – benchmarked as among the highest in our industry. We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset and reason for success and, collectively, our mission is to continue to use our skills and experience to help New Zealand create a better future in a fast-changing world,” says Garth.
