1 July 2020 – New Zealand – Assurity Consulting (Assurity) launches Assurity Cloud to reduce the cost of technical transformations and accelerate the return from digital services for NZ organisations.

Assurity Cloud is a platform sharing the proven and highly-effective technical quality assurance approaches that have underpinned some of the country's most high-profile business transformations available for the benefit of all NZ organisations.

The comprehensive platform operates externally to organisations providing a true outside-in view of the digital experience for its customers, users and digital ecosystem partners. For teams working on the highly-complex task of migrating from older systems to new platforms, Assurity Cloud automates thousands of tests to ensure quality of service whilst the organisation is transforming its technical foundations.

With digital partnership based on technical API’s being a key enabler in these times, the platform also offers a self-service model to manage hundreds of digital partnerships for a fraction of the cost of alternative methods.

“Never before has the need to be responsive and resilient mattered more to a business than in the current climate. Assurity Cloud is designed for a DevOps and Agile approach to how organisations develop, deploy and operate highly-successful, constantly-evolving digital services” says Ben Hayman, Head of Transformation, Assurity.

“Our clients are getting significant value from this approach and it enables our consultants to focus on helping them with the truly valuable and differentiating aspects of their digital programmes. Reusing the very best of what works in the transformation of our local organisations is smart and increasingly essential if NZ is going to truly benefit from the opportunity that digital services present”.

Organisations using Assurity Cloud have seen a reduction of the cost to onboard their digital partners in the order of 90% and the time to bring new services to market reduced by 30% or more. This level of speed and cost advantage along with a heightened, automated focus on the quality of the end user experience is central to effective digital transformation. IR’s head of Digital Change summarises the benefits to them of this increase in efficiency in this video from late last year along with an in-depth exploration of their digital transformation captured on video at an Assurity Twilight Session in 2019.

“As the NZ pioneers for Agile software methods and DevOps practices, along with providing Lean Testing services across thousands of projects in New Zealand, the Assurity Cloud platform provides a trusted platform which embodies the vast IP and knowledge the Assurity team has accumulated. This not only helps organisations accelerate their digital transformation processes but addresses the need to meet business objectives such as cost-containment and doing more with less,” says Garth Hamilton, CEO, Assurity.

“Assurity Cloud will give organisations the insights and controls to deliver the change needed at speed and with confidence in the outcome” adds Ben.
