Her background spans functional, regression, exploratory, and automation testing, with particular experience in planning, coordinating, and leading testing activities across project lifecycles. Mathilde works closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure testing is well structured, transparent, and aligned with project goals.
Since joining Assurity, she has progressed through several testing roles, contributing to large-scale public sector programmes and API-based platforms. She has led teams responsible for test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management, while remaining actively involved in hands-on testing and automation regression suites.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, Mathilde worked as a software tester in France, gaining early experience across government systems and enterprise applications.
