Assurity Consulting (Assurity), has earned Microsoft Gold Partner status and co-sell-ready designation under Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner programme.
Assurity is a locally-based digital services company specialising in a design-led approach to the delivery of technology solutions that enhance human productivity. The company offers business analysis, solution design and delivery, testing and intelligent automation, underpinned by the Agile approach and DevOps practices.
Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner programme centres on a joint go-to-market approach between Microsoft and Assurity for the successful delivery of at-scale projects (eg Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP) with delivery backed by proven testing and quality assurance (QA) services provided by Assurity.
“Microsoft’s co-sell programme focuses on delivering value while enabling partners to build intellectual property on the back of solutions including Dynamics 365 and Azure. This enables partners by supporting their capacity to rapidly and accurately meet specific customer needs” says Nick Hemming, Microsoft Partner Recruitment & Development Manager – Azure Cloud Solution Partner, Microsoft NZ.
Darren McTigue, Assurity Chief Commercial Officer, notes the company’s traditional strength in testing. “While it’s one of the most commonly-neglected aspects of complex solution delivery, testing is also one of the most important. We’ve always placed a premium on testing. Combined with Gold Partner status on some of Microsoft’s most celebrated and in-demand solutions, this gives Assurity a somewhat unique market position for the delivery of transformative digital solutions”.
Quality outcomes are assured through three key cornerstones of Assurity’s testing framework which are applied throughout the entire lifecycle of Microsoft enterprise projects.
These are ‘Discover, Deliver and Maintain’, each underpinned by specific service capabilities embracing the DevOps and Agile approaches.
At the ‘Discover’ stage, Assurity works closely with clients and system integration partners at the outset of a project, identifying and quantifying potential pitfalls and risks. At this stage, solution-specific testing protocols are designed and developed with particular emphasis on the identified risks.
During the ‘Deliver’ stage, Assurity provides comprehensive and ongoing testing services, readying the solution for production.
Finally, testing services are extended to the ‘Maintain’ stage when the ERP or other systems go live – a phase where ongoing testing requirements and regular version and feature updates are known to present challenges.
McTigue is confident in the company’s robust testing framework and automation capabilities. “Backed with the co-sell partnership, Assurity is ready to deliver quality test and QA services cost-effectively to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure clients, helping them achieve more with less resources” he concludes.
