Assurity Consulting CEO and co-founder Garth Hamilton leads the organisation and sets the strategic direction for the business. He brings more than 30 years of experience starting, growing and guiding IT services and software companies, with a strong focus on improving software delivery across New Zealand and abroad.
Before establishing Assurity with Darren, Garth held senior leadership roles including Deputy CEO and Wellington General Manager at Fronde (formerly Synergy International), where he led the expansion of the software development capability. His earlier positions include NZ Country Manager for Progress Software and Wellington General Manager for QED Software.
Garth has contributed to several boards, including Assurity, Fronde and Ericsson-Synergy.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of Canterbury and completed the Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
