MAKE YOUR
STRATEGY WORK

How to define a highly effective strategy and ensure it converts into rapid tactical execution

Join our team of experts as they share how you can bridge the gaps between product strategy and delivery.

About the webinar

Most companies struggle with executing strategy effectively. This is mainly because the strategic intent is poorly articulated, followed by insufficient oversight to enable effective tactical delivery. The result? Frustrated product and portfolio managers with little visibility of progress and delivery teams overloaded with ambiguous customer needs.

Who should attend

This webinar is ideal for Product and Portfolio owners, Agile Practice Leads, Heads of Delivery and CxOs. If you recognise the problem and pain felt at the tactical level of strategy, are being thrown over the fence in PowerPoint, and are keen to find solutions to close the strategic and tactical chasm, this webinar is for you.

Key takeaways:

  • What is the fundamental problem with current approaches to organisational strategy?
  • How to discover, then bridge, the gap between product strategy and delivery?
  • With the above in mind, how can we make SAFe implementations more effective?
  • How to complement or address areas of opportunity in other frameworks?
