Having recently run a pilot programme offering individuals from a non-software testing background the chance to build their career in software testing, we’ve now launched the Assurity FreshStart Programme.
n a rapidly changing world, we felt it was important to cater to individuals and offer a ‘path in’ for those passionate about quality and who see the field of software testing as a challenging space where they can add value.
We believe this opportunity will spark up meaningful conversations with talented people who can make that difference to our clients and who are passionate about building their career in software quality.
Our FreshStart Programme will run in Wellington, with successful applicants further developing their testing skills and knowledge in a four-week training programme.
Find out more about the Programme, selection process and register your interest on the FreshStart page. Application dates for a July intake in Wellington will be released this month and we will then take registrations of interest on an ongoing basis.
While this is currently a Wellington-based opportunity, we may consider rolling out similar initiatives in Auckland and Christchurch.
We’re looking forward to welcoming a number of talented individuals to Assurity in 2016 and in seeing the FreshStart Programme grow in years to come.
