When WorkSafe developed its Betterwork application as a testbed for gathering information ‘from the coal face’, it quickly discovered that using an unapproved platform restricted moving into production. Assurity Consulting recommended a ‘lift and shift’ to the Assurity Cloud Platform, which has passed the government’s stringent security and other certifications.
The platform provides WorkSafe with a ‘prototype’ view, with consulting support available to guide the migration. A ‘lean in’ approach saw Assurity Consulting become part of the WorkSafe project team, participating in and contributing to standups and delivery teams while sharing knowledge and guiding towards the final solution architecture.
